Refund/Cancellation Policy

For general transactions a written request to cancel purchase must be received within 30 days of purchase there upon a refund will be granted, administrative fee will apply for cancellations.

Delivery Policy

​Purchases made via this site are currently for membership, conferences  or seminars and as such email confirmation of  the completed transaction will serve as digital delivery of the purchase.
