Nsombi Jaja


Nsombi Jaja, Ph.D., P.M.P., C.M.C., SCM,  SAMC.  is a Certified Management Consultant, providing assistance to the business community in the areas of strategic management, quality management, change management, leadership development and customer experience management. She is a John Maxwell certified speaker, trainer and coach.

A recognized Regional consultant with clients and associates throughout the English speaking Caribbean Nsombi has assisted her clients on their transformation journey to achieve sustainable performance through the implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and has the credential Trained in the ISO 20700:2017 Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services. She is a certified Caribbean Export ProNet Trainer for Energy Management & Renewables, Knowledge & Information Management, Resource Management and Quality Management. She is a certified SGG and PECB Trainer, a Certified Change Management Professional CCMP, a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional, a certified Project Manager with the PMP credentials from Project Management Institute and SCRUM Master Certified and SCRUM Agile Master Certified. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Phoenix.

Nsombi has worked with the leadership teams of client organizations assisting them with strategic management, quality management, customer care and change management. She has served as presenter and moderator on several conferences, and is rated on par with consultants on the Juran Institute’s ‘A’ list.

Dr. Jaja is the current President of the Caribbean Institute of Management Consultants (CIMC).  She is the Chief Judge and Chair of the Private Sector Service Excellence Award Committee, is a member of the Jamaica Stock Exchange Best Practices Award and serves on several boards including the CIMC. She serves on the ICMCI Professional Standards Committee and as an assessor for IMC’s  globally. She is a mentor and assessor for CMC candidates

She is the author of ‘How Leaders Develop Spiritual Intelligence’. Her highly acclaimed CD ‘Reach for the Stars’ has motivated many to achieve excellence in their lives.


Rabindra Jaggernauth


Rabindra Jaggernauth – B.Math., M.Sc., CMC, CITP, CGEIT, FBCS, C.Dir is a highly skilled and experienced IT and Management Consultant.  He has over forty years industry experience including thirty-five in consulting at the Senior and Executive levels and has a special interest in the utilization of information technology, process improvement and reengineering, corporate and IT governance and change management to improve corporate productivity and performance.

He is an ex-Partner in charge of Consulting Services at Ernst & Young, a former CEO of the National ICT Company Limited (iGovTT), and was the Managing Director of Esprit Consultants Limited.  He has a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo, majoring in Computer Science, a Master of Science in Operational Research and Systems Analysis from the University of Aston in Birmingham.  He is a Fellow of the British Computer Society, a Chartered IT Professional (CITP), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Chartered Director (C.Dir).  He is a Commissioner of the Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago, Vice President of the Caribbean Institute of Management Consultants, Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Multistakeholder Advisory Group and former President and current Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Coalition of Services Industries.

His special area of interest is the non-technical side of IT – the cultural side, the change management, the continuous improvement side, as he feels that these areas are essential to successfully exploiting IT.  His passion is the use of ICT and the Internet to develop and promote the services sector, an area that is essential to our economy.

Ria Newbold


Ria C. Butler is an organizational architect, business specialist, consultant, and trainer, currently serving as the Director of Business Operations for Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Bahamas. 

A native of Nassau, Bahamas, Ria was raised in a home where honesty, integrity and humility were emphasized. Receiving her formative and secondary education in the Catholic school system, she went on to obtain her Associate of Arts Degree in Computer Data Processing at The College (now University) of The Bahamas. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Nova Southeastern University and is currently pursuing her MBA in International Talent Management and Leadership from Barcelona Executive Business School. 

A banker for almost 20 years, Ria has served in various capacities in the banking profession, most recently as a Sales Administrator and Business Support Officer for CIBC First Caribbean International Bank, prior to transitioning full-time into the field of business consultancy in 2019.

Passionate about women’s empowerment, she is the Founder of Wells of Wealth (WOW) Cultivators, a non-profit organization designed to prepare and equip local, regional and international women to create traction in their lives and take charge of their destinies. An event planner and talk show host, Ria brings her advanced leadership skills, honed financial acumen, and corporate intelligence to each opportunity designed to position individuals, businesses and organizations to leverage their strengths, achieve loyalty to their vision and excel in multi-faceted roles.

Known for her unapologetic readiness to maximize the moment, Ria is committed to doing what needs to be done for optimal results. As a healing facilitator, she believes in the transformative power of community engagement and individual responsibility. A mother of two, Ria lives and works in the capital city of Nassau, The Bahamas. 


Marc Ifill


Marc Ifill is a Business Development Specialist with more than 10 years’ experience working with and guiding small, medium and large enterprises. He specializes in services exports and has worked leading Business Development Agencies in Barbados, namely Invest Barbados and the Barbados Investment and Development Corporation.

Excellence drives Marc and he remains determined to make a difference in any business where his engagement requires excellence. Marc has a Bachelor in Economics and Management from the U. W. I.  and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Cave Hill School of Business.  Marc is a Certified Management Consultant. His professional credentials include certificates in Finance for Non-Finance Managers from the U.W.I., in International Trade from the Forum for International Trade Training, and in Business Analysis from the International Institute of Business Analysis.

Marc is a lifelong learner and trained public speaker through the Toastmasters International program. His leadership style is inclusive and paternal, as he lives his commitment to bring out the leadership capabilities in others. Marc is also a family man and community-oriented person who enjoys meeting people and sharing life stories with a view to enhancing the lives of others as they enhance his life. He believes that organizations can function like loving families where everyone is fully aware of the vision and mission of the organization and where each person thoroughly appreciates their role and the role of others

Ronnie Antonius


Ronnie Antonius, founder and managing director of LEFT Consultancy has led this organization since 1996. LEFT Consultancy is a management consulting organization, specializing in health care management. As a Certified Management Consultant, Ronnie’s expertise includes health care policy formulation and health care planning including for HIV/AIDS. He is also qualified market researcher and has completed many assignments in the fields of management & training, organizational strengthening, administrative organization and tourism development. LEFT Consultancy supports enterprises in business planning, process development and organizational design.

Ronnie graduated from the Free University of Brussels in Health Care Science.  Prior to creating LEFT Consultancy, Ronnie worked at the Medical Supply Company of Suriname and with the Ministry of Health of Suriname. He currently teaches Management & Organization, Work organization & Planning and Introduction to Industrial Organization at the University of Suriname. Engaged in the health services for more than twenty years, Ronnie has co-authored a publication on health care reform with the University of the West Indies, The Erasmus University, the London School of Health & Tropical Hygiene and Anton de Kom University of Suriname. Ronnie is a Director of the CIMC Board and is also secretary to the Board of the Lotjeshuisa home for orphaned Children.


Olivia Chase


Olivia Chase, MSc., trained economist, and organisational development specialist.

She received a Master of Science in Economic Development and International Trade University of Reading, and a Bachelor of Science- Economics and Management from the UWI. She holds a Diploma in Project Management from the Cambridge International College and Certificates in Sustainable Public Procurement from the Organisation of American States, in Financing for Development (Statement of Accomplishment with Distinction) with the World Bank Group, in Managing People from a Global Perspective and in Global Value Chain Analysis from the Duke University/Caribbean Centre for Competitiveness. 

Fifteen years of her professional career has been in the public sector where she has worked on several consulting projects which include working with public sector ministries and departments offering technical advice and recommendations to improve performance management methods, budgeting, and process efficiency. Her professional experience has expanded her competencies in: Public Sector Performance Management, Strategic Planning, Building High Performance Organizations, Public Sector Programme Budgeting, Process Mapping, Value-chain Analysis and the development of Economic Policy.

Olivia is Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and holds the credential Trained in the ISO 20700:2017 Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services. She is the President of the CIMC Barbados Chapter. 

In 2019, Olivia launched her own management consulting company – Performance Pro Business Solutions (now QM Consulting Global). She is passionate about working on consultancy projects which seek to bring about sustainable and meaningful impact through changes in attitudes of workers, and in output and strategic performance of firms.


Adelwyn Holder


Adelwyn is a Management Consultant and Project Manager with over twenty-three (23) years of experience in engineering, design, construction, business, and project management.  He has participated in and led several construction and corporate projects for both private and public sector clients throughout Trinidad and Tobago, the southern English-speaking Caribbean, and North America.

Adelwyn is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).  He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the Henley Business School, a Bachelors of Arts (Hons) from the Anglia Ruskin University in Business Management, and is a certified Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate (GA), signifying a core competency in green building and sustainable development principles. 

Adelwyn is also the Founder and Managing Director of Ikigai Consulting, a regional consultancy focused on delivering Project, Business, and Construction Management consulting services.  He exemplifies and provides passionate and consistent moral leadership, sound and independent technical advice, critical and timely data-driven insights which enhance and produce greater clarity across every phase of project activities. Adelwyn is the Founder and President of the Scleroderma Care Foundation and serves as the Vice-President Marketing and Communications for the Trinidad and Tobago Green Building Council (TTGBC). 


Norma Shorey


Norma Shorey, M.Sc., CMC, is the Managing Director of Catalyst Consultants.  A specialist in change facilitation and organisational development, Norma has over thirty-five years of working with leaders and team members in bothpublic and private sector agencies in the Caribbean and internationally.

Norma’s passion is helping people to be more effective in organisations and assisting organisations to be more effective with their people. She has an extensive track record in the design and implementation of organisational and sustainable development interventions, incorporating a gender perspective. Her consultancy services include strategic planning, change facilitation, executive coaching, leadership and team capacity building – and a focus on building excellence in the professional services sector. Norma has a sound analytical approach and excellent interpersonal skills which complement her core competencies and professional management expertise:

Norma holds a B.A. (Hons.) from the U.W.I, and a M.Sc. in Social and Community Development from Howard University, USA. Ms. Shorey is an internationally Certified Management Consultant (CMC), with the credential “Trained in the ISO 20700:2017 Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services by CMC-Global.” She holds a Certificate in Organisation and Systems Change and Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, USA, and certification in the Saville Consulting psychometric assessments. She is a past president of the CIMC Barbados Chapter.


Joan Reid


Joan is an experienced, directed and passionate educator, noted for achieving required goals through strategic planning, consultations and collaboration. With over 30 years’ experience in the field of education and training, she has a proven record in managing and improving organisations and learning environments through efforts to promote collaboration and stakeholders ‘participation. As a Lecturer, Researcher and Teacher Trainer, her experience in both general and special education includes training in Early Childhood, Special Educational Needs at the certificate level (in-service summer programmes), undergraduate level (special education, early childhood, post diploma) and at the graduate level.

Joan holds a Doctor of Education and a Master of Science from Nova South Eastern University. She attained the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation with CIMC.  At the Ministry of Education she has received awards as Master Teacher and Teacher and Principal of the Year.

Joan is the founder and an active executive member of the International body, ASCD, Jamaica Affiliate. (Mico University College). In this capacity she has demonstrated her commitment to special education activities and interventions for students with special educational needs. She serves as Executive Director of the Early Childhood Commission (ECC), and has acted as HOD, Special Education department, Mico University College. With this background, Joan has undertaken assignments including providing operational management and oversight of the ECC project toward achieving disbursement linked targets for the country, which resulted in successful implementation of the World Bank Early Childhood Project. She has also facilitated the implementation of effective programmes and procedures in meeting standards for improving educational systems and student outcomes, including successful implementation of school management systems of the Ministry of Education.


Lois Robinson


Lois Robinson B.A., MBA is a Management Consultant with over thirty years senior management work experience in various fields including health services management, education and training, trade & investment promotion and entrepreneurship.  Working for various government agencies, Lois participated in several international training events and local training courses, expanding her knowledge of health services management (Hirosaki, Japan) Women Entrepreneurship & Rural Tourism (Haifa, Israel) Investment & Promotion (OAS Fellowship, University of Miami), in addition to certification in Entrepreneurship Development (CEFE) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education & Training.

In her first introduction to consulting, Lois was contracted by JAMPRO to assist with coordinating sponsorship of the trade exhibition and hospitality centre for G-15 Heads of Government Summit.  LWR & Associates, an independent consultancy company subsequently founded by her, was competitively selected to assist in the provision of consultancy services under a Government of Jamaica/European Union funded Private Sector Development Programme (PSDP) competitiveness initiative.  Among other significant high points, she provided project management services which led to, among several other firsts, the successful opening of the first offshore medical school in Jamaica.

Lois believes strongly in the potential of the Institute to transform small and medium enterprises and has supported several initiatives for the training of management consultants.
