Ronnie Antonius, CMC
President
Ronnie Antonius CMC, Founder and Managing Director of LEFT Consultancy has led this organization since 1996. LEFT Consultancy is a management consulting organization, specializing in health care management. As a Certified Management Consultant, Ronnie’s expertise includes health care policy formulation and health care planning including for HIV/AIDS.
Charmaine Gravesandy, MBA
Vice President
Charmaine Gravesandy, MBA is a management professional with over fifteen years experience in strategic planning, project management, business and community development, financial management, and management of information systems. She is a systems consultant and technical director for Sagient Management Systems, and is a Director and Co-Founder of the Caribbean Development Foresight Institute a non-profit research and think tank. She is instrumental in the coordination and management of projects and events, particularly as it relates to Caribbean Diaspora issues. For the past five years, she has been the coordinator for the annual Invest Caribbean Agri-business Conference, Caribbean American Heritage Month Conference, and the Caribbean American Heritage Awards, in Washington, DC.
Ms. Gravesandy holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, with a specialization in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting major, from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. She holds professional certification in Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma-Black Belt and Organisation Development. She is trained in ISO 27000-Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services by CMC Global. Additionally, she has attained certificates in Financing for Development from The World Bank and Project Management Techniques for Development Professionals from the Inter-American Development Bank. She is also a member of the Project Management Institute and the International Institute of Business Analysis.
Drs. Judith Ballijn-de Randamie, CMC

Drs. Judith Ballijn-de Randamie is an internationally certified management consultant (CMC®) with nearly four decades of experience in organizational development and human resource management. She holds a Doctorandus degree in Sociology, specializing in Organizational Sociology. She is certified in four job descriptions and classification systems and has led large-scale transformation and capacity-building projects in education, government administration, and corporate environments. Her experience includes consulting with KPMG Dutch Caribbean. She is known for delivering high-quality, results-oriented solutions aligned with institutional goals and international standards.
Jean-Francois Sonson, CMC
Director
Jean Francois Sonson, MSc., financial sector development specialist, and project management professional. He has over thirty years of financial sector experience, working in several subsectors in senior roles and as a consultant in Canada, the Eastern Caribbean and the Middle East.
• He served as Project Manager for the merger integration process of the first Saint Lucia Development Bank and the National Commercial Bank of Saint Lucia to form the East Caribbean Financial Holding Company, with the Bank of Saint Lucia as the principal subsidiary.
• Upon the successful completion of the merger, he led a team to establish the Investment Banking Department and Full-Service Brokerage at the Bank of Saint Lucia, the first securities brokerage on the island, which he managed for three years before migrating to Canada in 2004.
• His recent roles include serving as Managing Director of the re-established Saint Lucia Development Bank (2008 -2012) where he returned to assume responsibility for leading the process of operationalizing the Bank from scratch; Manager at CIBC in Toronto, managing a Team of AML Analysts; and Team Lead with Promontory Financial, a Consulting Subsidiary of IBM in Canada. He also provided consulting services in the establishment of the Erbil Stock Exchange in Kurdistan, Northern Iraq.
• He has recently established his consulting practice JFS & Associates Inc., incorporated in Canada and Saint Lucia, where he seeks to create a platform to make the experiences and skills of Caribbean and Canadian professionals available to the region and internationally, and has collaborated with other professionals and led several engagements in providing consulting services to financial institutions, the public sector, educational and health institutions in the areas of organizational development.
• Prior to his full-time consulting practice, he provided voluntary services of a strategic nature to several NGOs in the realm of strategic management, youth leadership development, organizational development, governance, risk management; and served on several boards and on the Teaching Service Commission of Saint Lucia.
• Jean Francois Sonson was formerly an educator, and a trade unionist, serving the Saint Lucia Teachers’ Union throughout his teaching career, an experience which he values.
• He holds a Master’s Degree in Management Studies (Finance concentration) from Carleton University in Ottawa; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance concentration), from the University of the Virgin Islands, graduating summa cum laude; and a UWI Certificate in Teacher Education.
• He is a member of several professional associations, and has attended several workshops and seminars in the areas of the financial service industry, finance, investments, risk management – Fraud, Money Laundering, Credit, Financial and Operational risks, Governance, and Strategic Management.
• He has been a member of CIMC from 2014.
Joan Reid, CMC
Director
Joan Reid, CMC is an experienced, directed and passionate educator, noted for achieving required goals through strategic planning, consultations and collaboration. With over 30 years’ experience in the field of education and training, she has a proven record in managing and improving organisations and learning environments through efforts to promote collaboration and stakeholders ‘participation. As a Lecturer, Researcher and Teacher Trainer, her experience in both general and special education includes training in Early Childhood, Special Educational Needs at the certificate level (in-service summer programmes), undergraduate level (special education, early childhood, post diploma) and at the graduate level.
Joan holds a Doctor of Education and a Master of Science from Nova South Eastern University. She attained the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation with CIMC. At the Ministry of Education she has received awards as Master Teacher and Teacher and Principal of the Year.
Joan is the founder and an active executive member of the International body, ASCD, Jamaica Affiliate. (Mico University College). In this capacity she has demonstrated her commitment to special education activities and interventions for students with special educational needs. She serves as Executive Director of the Early Childhood Commission (ECC), and has acted as HOD, Special Education department, Mico University College. With this background, Joan has undertaken assignments including providing operational management and oversight of the ECC project toward achieving disbursement linked targets for the country, which resulted in successful implementation of the World Bank Early Childhood Project. She has also facilitated the implementation of effective programmes and procedures in meeting standards for improving educational systems and student outcomes, including successful implementation of school management systems of the Ministry of Education.

Claudius Preville, Ph.D, CMC, has over a decade of experience, my core competencies in delivering top-tier consulting and negotiating services. He is the Founder of Preville & Associates Consulting Group, and their mission is to enhance private firm profitability and craft innovative trade and investment agreements for governments. The firm is dedicated to fostering economic development that aligns with their organizational culture, and brings a wealth of diverse perspectives to every engagement.
Recently, as Team Leader and Investment Facility Director at GIZ, he spearheaded initiatives to improve Nepal’s investment climate and launched a One Stop Service Centre to centralize investment opportunities. This role leveraged my expertise in trade and investment negotiation strategy and report writing, significantly contributing to the advancement of EU-Nepal trade relations and investment coordination.
Norma Shorey, CMC

Norma Shorey, M.Sc., CMC, is the Managing Director of Catalyst Consultants. A specialist in change facilitation and organizational development, Norma has over thirty-five years of working with leaders and team members in both public and private sector agencies in the Caribbean and internationally.
Norma’s passion is helping people to be more effective in organizations and assisting organizations to be more effective with their people. She has an extensive track record in the design and implementation of organizational and sustainable development interventions, incorporating a gender perspective. Her consultancy services include strategic planning, change facilitation, executive coaching, leadership, and team capacity building – and a focus on building excellence in the professional services sector. Norma has a sound analytical approach and excellent interpersonal skills which complement her core competencies and professional management expertise:
Norma holds a B.A. (Hons.) from the U.W.I, and a M.Sc. in Social and Community Development from Howard University, USA. Ms. Shorey is an internationally Certified Management Consultant (CMC), with the credential “Trained in the ISO 20700:2017 Guidelines for Management Consultancy Services by CMC-Global.” She holds a Certificate in Organisation and Systems Change and Development from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, USA, and certification in the Saville Consulting psychometric assessments. She is a past president of the CIMC Barbados Chapter.
